Devuan seems that, as the image indicates, he limited the
severity levels, making those details happen, of course, it is a tiny
detail, but like that today now there are many, and accumulative differences is
already too remarkable... that is the problem, in the bug report #363 the "important" severity is not for Devuan but in Debian it is... of course... they copied the bug report system, but forgot to polish the details
Debian has a bug reporting system entirely based on mail messaging, in the mail header is all the information to create a bug report or security report etc, among the many flags is the severity one, Debian inckudes a "important" severity that in Devuan seems not to work.
Devuan (after using gitlab CE) copied then, the same reporting system (which was developed specifically for Debian) but all the infrastructure details seem to (like many like the hideous color scheme that makes it hard to read) forget that the details are what make the difference.
The scheme of colours:
That's are another great and important difference: devuan has a burry vage and witout contras scheme of colours for all the web, wheantime Debian has a perfect in contras combination of colours.
Most importantly, it does not tire the eyes due to the vague contrast of colors because they are too close for the eye to differentiate the letters, in terms of reading the brain does not notice but the eye does... as well as trying to follow the frequency in a wave the same happens with the color scheme, this causes eyestrain.
Eye fatigue is something that is not noticed when the eye is "young" statistically today there are more people with blind eyes or poor vision due to eye fatigue... just as the eye tries to follow (without the brain being able to notice) the frequency of light (which is 60Hertz) the same happens with the combination of colors.
