 Hard work can almost equal talent, which means that the talented don't know hard work. Many genius children never achieve any development or success, saying that it is due to lack of resources or guidance is the same as saying that they never knew the effort. We have Dick Warner, Billy Graham etc etc etc  

When we talk about resolution capacity, we refer to the strategies that a person has to deal with certain situations in the most appropriate way.

Lest started make a real life example introductory about entertainment environment:  

Rowan Atkison: He's so talented, he was studying electrical engineering when he started attending comedy shows. Lest excuse the crude example since he has worked in his life to get to where he is but I must cite a recent specific case to illustrate the idea that we need to takes real effort to have true potential apart of the talent.  

Richard Curtis worked hard for a night where they both shared the stage, but Rowan came up first...Rowan wasn't prepared for his performance... but was a success overshadowing everything. 

Rowan didn't make an effort, while Curtis did... What happened?

 

Rowan at that moment doesn't know the effort, although in the beginning he has worked hard... today he doesn't (he doesn't need it). In that case Rowan pass the era of the development, coz previously knows what is efforts and know their limitations.

 

 

 

 

Resolution capacity vs limited parenting

When we talk about resolution capacity, we refer to the strategies that a person has to deal with certain situations in the most appropriate way.

Many children are hide behind kind of conditions excuses such as autism and adhd, these two are the most popular, if a child really has these conditions, the problem is that the father has not made an effort to integrate, or the conditions of their environment are not meet the necessary to develop their capabilities.

In any case, parents just dint put enough attention.. just the minimal need one: sending them to the psychologist or medicating them is always an excuse with "if I don't work we won't eat, I don't have time for it but just the minimum". 

Advanced children do not know the effort due to this example, they are intelligent enough to notice that they do not need to make an effort, (and parent never trick to forces them to make efforts) unfortunately this is the worst teaching behavior. 

 

 

 

 

 

However, this means that they are not prepared to give their best, real life has examples but i will use a first fictional one: just as the fictional character of TerraFormers Joseph G. Newton, is a human created using filtered genetic lineage lines, something perfectly valid and real fact life that has already been tested in the "Frankenstein farms". Such character, despite having all the advantages, if he put himself to the maximum of his abilities, in such a way, he can demonstrate that he knows how to respond to the need for his maximum effort.

 

  

 

 

Simo Häyhä is the deadliest sniper in history, he was just talent, but he was made to strive due to the times he lived in, times of war, this is a good example of talent and effort working together. He was obviously forced to make an effort due to the time he had to live. He never hide behind teir limitations

His first band, The Bossmen, released the song "Baby Boy", which he wrote himself. He was diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus and was treated at the Barrow Neurological Institute. He knew the difficulties because he was obviously left with conditions that endured... but he never shielded himself from them.

 

 

 

 

 

Billy Graham is one of the most important and influential evangelicals of the 20th century and one of the most notable in history, Graham appears in the seventh number of the Gallup list of people admired in the 20th century. Because he is not an alcoholic and sexist, easy... the trauma his father made sure of by making him drink beer until he vomited made sure he would never taste it again in his life. This is an example that with an adequate and even traumatic orientation... if it is done in the right conditions (coincidentally for him) the results are correct, only if the teachings are carried out, without effort or dedication, the maximum capacities will not be achieved . 

 

 

 

 

 

Conclusions

Today it is common to see many parents and adults hide behind psychological or physical conditions when they cannot control their bad habits, and are trapped in their own world of limitations, the result of not having the proper teaching, increasing the effort of their day to day, not having good parents, lack of ideal conditions or adequate family environment. These adults today simply hide behind already popular conditions to justify their lack of determination in facing life.
